Cannot play final drive

1. have received the error walked mut level undefined required. I first have this problem when I switched from PS4 to PS5. I did all the steps to fix it and had no problems. But since the final drive started I have had this error occur again. And I have not played on PlayStation 4 and I can play regular season on PlayStation 4 or 5. I logged in on the PS4 version just to make sure. I do not have any monster morph strategy items equipped. Please help.
