Cannot loot players and ring flayers not visible

What happens when the bug occurs? So I lost connection at the start of the round and came back and had a bug where I could not see any of the buttons while diving from the ship, I heard that happened to my friend also, but that is not the main issue. After killing a team, I tried to loot them and could not see any items, and on the right side of the screen it showed like Loba's ultimate where it said "-1/0" There is a possibility it happened because I got revived and only then noticed the bug but I'm not sure if it is related. And also I could not see any Fury ring flayers, but I could see them on the map. I took damage from them normally. I could see the main ring I don't think this will happen more then once, but if it does, it is a really big bug We actually won that game lol. But I had a weak shield and almost no ammo.
What should be happening instead? I should be able to loot death boxes and see the Fury ring flayers.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I suppose there is a really small chance of it happening when disconnecting while entering the match
