Which part of the mode? Transfer Market
Can you tell us the date (MM/DD/YYYY) that you saw the bug? 10/27/2018

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I had two personas in my EA account, after an advisor moved one persona to another EA account per my request I was unable to log in to the Web App/Companion App on the persona that was untouched/not moved from the first EA account. I understand that the persona that was moved would have its progress reset, but I am facing this issue with the original persona that was on the account which was not moved at all. Error Message: Login Unavailable We’re currently having trouble with login services. While we work on it, you can try to log in from your Console or PC to get the full FUT experience.
What happens when the bug occurs? After moving a persona from an account it would prevent from using the web app/companion app. Error message: Login Unavailable We’re currently having trouble with login services. While we work on it, you can try to log in from your Console or PC to get the full FUT experience.
What should be happening instead? Log in properly on the web app

On my EA account I had two personas/gamertags. I requested an advisor to remove one persona and move it into another EA account, so I would have only one persona at my main account.

After doing this, I was unable to use the Web App/Companion App on my main account with the persona that was not moved. I understand that the second persona which was moved would have its progress reset, but the advisor confirmed me that the persona which was not moved would remain untouched.

Already used the support chat two times, advisors confirmed that there are no issues with my account and already attempted several things like waiting for the servers two update (already waited around 72 hours), changing my password, reinstalling the companion app, log in to the web app on different browsers/ips and cleaning cache. None has worked so they have told me that this is a bug which should be reported here.

This is the error:

Login Unavailable We’re currently having trouble with login services. While we work on it, you can try to log in from your Console or PC to get the full FUT experience.

@YourEnemi63 Hello! Very sorry to hear about this, please reach out to an advisor here http://bit.ly/EA_Contact_Us so we can get this escalated to an account recovery specialist and get this taken care of.
