Just solved the problem, read on someone else’s forum: remove team visual! Now I can play the challenges

this is ridiculous, like yeah removing team visuals works or whatever but nobody should have to do this nonsense. really frustrating how terrible the UI and network features in this game are, even on PC on an SSD the UI is sluggish and it feels like im always wrestling with the game, whether its the UI, networking, or the AI being ridiculous. penalize me for this post or whatever, thanks for the "solution" so i can actually play the game though i guess.

What do you mean team visuals.

@spooky253 There is a tab in the lineup menu where you can choose which jersey(s) (besides others) are used when you play the game. These are the team visuals.

My PS4 has the madden 21 game and recently has started to crash every time I try to click on the Rookie Premier screen / tab. I have rebooted PS 4 and I also uninstalled or delete the game and reloaded with no change.  Why? and how I fix this?
