Cannot enter Rookie Premiere Challenges

I had the same problem as you so all you have to do is remove all of the team visuals on the lineup you have and go back into the challenge and it should work have a good day.

When I try to access the Madden 21 rookie premiere challanges I receive the message "our servers cannot process this request at this time." So I requested a call from tech support just to be told that they know it's a problem, and don't have a fix for it. I paid money for a game that works, and if it's not going to work then i want my money back or some kind of reimbursement for the time I am not able to access the content that I have paid for. Tech support was very rude and hung up in the middle of a conversation. Come to find out there isn't a way to even file a complaint for tech support being rude and unprofessional. Nobody is held accountable for this. We the customers just suffer.

I am on xbox one as well and this isnt the first time new challenges have done this too me actually almost every time there is a new promo I am certain to start on them because this happens all the time. If you find out why it happens or figure out how to fix it plz lmk.
