First, I logged in and it showed my original sim with 3 of 4 current ones. Plus I have nothing in clothes or under houses. I still have all my house but one is now completely empty. Tried clearing cache and restarting app and device.

Thank you for responding. I did all that but no help, then they asked me to make an in game case. But my first case was in game.

Was this ever resolved? I’ve submitted help tickets in-game and out 5 times and they always do nothing and close the ticket.
