Summarize your bug When trying to complete certain Ultimate Legends challenges, I am given the following message "Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later." and I am immediately kicked out of Ultimate team. I have searched online and found a few ideas to try and get around the error (for example, using best lineup, removing ultimate legends from my team, removing items from team visuals, changing playbooks, coaches, etc.); however, nothing has worked so far.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure, but I see others have had the same issue when researching this online
What happens when the bug occurs? When trying to complete certain Ultimate Legends challenges, I am given the following message "Our servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later." and I am immediately kicked out of Ultimate team.
What do you expect to see? I expect to be able to play all challenges

Hi there, @CBB2010.
I'd like you to try changing your Team Visuals to something else. Make sure they are default choices for the players/coach. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

I have been trying, but no success yet.
Let me ask:
*When you say default choices, you mean just "Basic" uniforms, correct?
*Does the coach posted on my "Strategy" section have to match the coach for the "Visual" section or does that matter?

I'm not totally sure if your coach on the Strategy section needs to match, but try that and let me know what happens.
