Cannot Sell any mods

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug Every time I click on Sell Mods button when trying to sell a mod, an infinite loading loop is triggered. The sell mods page never loads and I have to force close the application. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and it doesn't fix the issue. Also, I have no issues selling mods on a different account with the same client.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Login to my account, go to mods and click Sell Mods button. The loading loop will happen immediately. Here is a YouTube video I made that illustrates the problem: https://youtu.be/ISuRzxrH0P0

We are working on a fix for this issue and meanwhile, we are manually fixing the accounts affected by deleting the mod loadouts.
