Cannot Load Vista Hermosa Lots in Ciudad Enamorada

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? all except Journey to Batuu
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? try to load any of the Vista Hermosa lots or place builds there through edit world
What happens when the bug occurs? infinite loading/building screen (when I try to enter through edit world, attempt to place a lot through edit world, or attempt to visit the lot with a Sim) OR error code 109:1994c5e6:4e3bd2e4 (when I try to move in a Sim)
What do you expect to see? the lots loading/builds being placed
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

I cannot load into any of the lots in the Vista Hermosa neighbourhood, either when I try to enter through edit lot via world screen, when I try to visit the lot with a Sim, or when I try to move in a Sim. In the first two cases I get stuck in an infinite loading screen, in the latter case I get error code 109:1994c5e6:4e3bd2e4. I also cannot place any lots in that neighborhood through edit world (infinite building screen).

The other neighbourhoods in Ciudad Enamorada are fine.

I do use mods but even without them, I have this issue. However, I do not have this problem in fresh saves.

I've tried deleting cache files and repairing the game - nothing.

(I play on PC but I was able to replicate this issue on my MacBook, as well.)

It looks like that save is permanently damaged. Broken mods can do that.

I tried with a backup of that save from before the update, as well, without mods, in a clean install. So I don't think the save is broken.

Do you have any LastException files in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 ?

Best is to delete the ones you have, then trigger the error and check if new ones are created.

If that is the case, please upload them to a new post in this thread.

Please either create a .rar file to upload or copy/paste the content into your post.

Deleting the file won't fix your issue. Uploading the file is meant for troubleshooting.

It's very strange - when I just went to trigger the error, the lot DID load. All lots in the Vista Hermosa neighbourhood are now loading.

All I did in between was play in that save file.

There WAS an exception recorded, though, so I'm pasting the file's content below:
