Cannot Delete Object (GAME BREAKING BUG!)

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Its something a bit random. I found ti when bulldozing a lot. Certain parts of buildings like walls, foundation, floor, roof, window, etc. cannot be deleted even one piece at a time.
What happens when the bug occurs? The game won't let me place new lots, bulldoze existing lots.
What do you expect to see? A bloody fix so I can play the game I paid for!
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

Trying to bulldoze a lot makes it impossible now due to a game breaking bug. Its on any lot that it can occur on. What happens is certain pieces of buildings cannot be deleted. If you attempt to bulldoze the game breaks and needs to be terminated in Task Manager. The lot is forever broken when it occurs and you cannot place any new lots.

Have you tried to repair the game via Origin?

Game Repair does not fix this issue. The lot is still broken in this save. I'm starting to notice it on other lots too. I cannot replace lots also in Manage Worlds mode. It breaks the game still. This only started to occur recently.

@John_Zonbitry going into your documents folder > electronic arts. check the folder for read only. if partially or totally mark is present on the properties for read only remove it.
try to run the game on admin mode. while origin is running, if you have a shortcut for sims 4, right click it > run as admin.

it seems the lots cannot be modified on your game. maybe its just your save?
also, if you can, try to start a new save file game and try to see if in that new save game file the same issue occurs.

Still broken now its affecting lots across all the neighborhoods.

Can't even replace the lots in the manage world mode.
