Cannot Control My SIMS [ Edited ]

Platform: PS4
Which language are you playing the game in?: English
How often does the bug occur?: Everytime I open the game.
What is your current game version number?: 1.55
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed?: None
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves?: I don’t exactly know how the bug occurred- I created a household of 6 as normal and I cannot control 2 of them.
What happens when the bug occurs?: I am unable to control all 6 sims in my household and are only able to control 4. The other 2 act as NPCs for a bit but then get deleted.
What do you expect to see?: All 6 sims able to be controlled.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods?: No.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system?: No.

I have just created a new family of 6 people in the sims and it all seems to be working fine until I actually load in. When I load in I’m only allowed to control 4 of those 6 sims? Keep in mind I created all of these together with my new game. After a while the 2 sims I can’t control just get deleted from the family automatically too. Is there anything I can do to get control back of those 2 other sims? I am using a PS4 console.
