Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Buy a couple pots and move it indoors next to each other. Drag two different fruits from your Sims' inventory and place them on the pots. Have your Sim bury both plants.
What happens when the bug occurs? The Sim goes to pot A and plants it. Then they go to pot B and plant it. The plant in pot A becomes unburied and you can plant it again. The plant in pot B becomes unburied and you can replant it. Trying to replant both leads to them becoming unburied when you're done.
What do you expect to see? Both plants to be buried
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.

Please describe the patch or change you made. Appeared after the latest patch. Was able to use it before.
Update: My Sims' Gardner came over and tried planting. As soon as he moved to pot B pot A became unburied.
