weapon unlock issue BF5

Hey @donkeyluii we done a few tweaks are you still noticing issues with items not unlocking fro you while ranking up?

I have the same issue with the STG 44. I think I'm already at LVL 15 on assault and it's still locked. 

Would love to use the gun, it's been about a week of this.

Any update on when this problem is going to be fixed?

Hey @DirkDigglerr99, try this: 

For missing guns and assignments, play a round of multiplayer go to End of Round and let new map start and take a look if it still missing and look in your armoury or your company. If that doesn't work level up the class or Tides of War and that should work. 

Let me know if you have done the above steps and if It did not work tag me in this thread.

Summarize your bug When I reached rank 13 in recon the game told me " will unlock in the next round", after playing 2 more matches I went back to the menu and found it saying " rewarded at rank 13" but not unlocked.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I'm not sure.
What happens when the bug occurs? Will not unlock the Krag-jorgensen at rank 13.
What should be happening instead? Unlocking the Krag-jorgensen at rank 13.

Weapons are still unlocked although I've done what you recommended.

What class and gun do you have issues with?

Hey @EA_Atic, I've noticed the problem with my assault class so far. Even though I'm lvl14, and that my assault progression clearly shows that the STG44 and PIAT have been unlocked they still remain blocked. I can't equip them.

Hey @tot411, did you do what I recommended before or after the patch? If it was before the patch try again after the patch.

Hey @EA_Atic, just got lvl15 in assault, ended the game, and my weapons are unlocked.
