Can't travel to Art Museum [ Edited ]

Had different Sims travel to Willow Creek Art Museum but they couldn't get there because every time we tried the game froze and had to quit with Task manager or turn off the computer to get out.  They can travel other places OK.

Sounds like something is off with the art museum in your game.

Can you open it in build mode ?

Same thing is happening to me! I can't get to either art museum because the game just stays on the loading screen. I really want to go there now - of course!

I have the same issue. I can load the museum in Build Mode. I've identified that removing the "saves" Folder and creating a new family resolves the problem but I don't want to lose my progress. What can I do to resolve the issue? Thanks.

Yes, I can open it in Build mode even with those save files in the "saves" Folder.

Ok. Try deleting the easel then. and see if it then works.

Save under a new name.

Delete how? I've sold it, save and tried to go to the museum but that didn't work. If I use a different family I have the same problem.
