Can't send sims home when 1 of them is (was invited) on event/at work

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.96.365.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? I own all of the stuff packs and game packs installed
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Having a profession, being invited on a date or an event
What happens when the bug occurs? If I have more than 1 sim in my family and 1 of them goes to work and you follow them or they get invited on a date/event the rest of the sims can't leave unless event/work ends.
What do you expect to see? Have only 1 sim (that was invited) attend the event/work and not all of the family
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

That doesn't seem to me like a normal thing EA invented UNLESS I don't know something. I tried to search for people that had similar problem as me, but I failed to find anything
I don't want to cancel the event or send working sim to go home way too early. The option to send home/daycare is not avaible and having all sims at other one's work/date is problematic.
I have updated all mods (that had update available), deleted cache files and repired game and did all those things repeatedly, but nothing happened. I don't know what to do. I have this problem from longer time and it's getting on my nerves.

@VelErebos Did you also test without mods as requested in this forum ?

All bugs in the bug forum MUST be tested on a vanilla game.
