@kurkulioze You can only have 10 total saves for sims. You need to have enough space on your drive for sims and saves. If you have 10 saves, you can't make new ones.

If your saves are very full (lots of households, sims, downloaded stuff from the gallery with lots of items), you will need to delete some of it from your game to save again.
