Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Ask another player for their retired Sim and move them into your household.
What do you expect to see? Sim can't retire or move out or earn traits. I maxed out a career, hobby, and relationship with her and can't remove her or replace her. I'd like to retire her and get an heirloom if possible, but I just want her gone at this point, so if I can't get one that's fine.
