Can`t join restricted clubs

What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. I tried to join a rank restricted club

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? I get a error code, that I am not meet the required minimum.
What should be happening instead? I should be able to join the club, because my rank ingame is platinum and the required rank is platinum or better.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Open the game with a platinum account, go to "club", then to "Find a club", change privacy level to "restricted", then change the "minimum highest rank achieved" to "platinum or better" and then try to join a club with this requirements.
I just want to join a club with a minimum rank of platinum to get well playing mates, but I cant, even with a rank of platinum. I even got platinum last season and still cant join servers with a bronze rank requirement.
