Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? You can try to fish in winter in one of the "old" towns (like Willow Creek or Newcrest, in Henford-on-Bagley the action is still randomly available) during the windy or cloudy cold weather after the water has frozen once.
What happens when the bug occurs? Fishing can not be performed because the fishing action remains inactive.
What do you expect to see? Fishing during the cold windy or cloudy weather should be available in winter.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. patch 111 installation

The fishing action can not be performed even when the spring comes. It is available only when the game is restarted.

I also have this problem. In winter, you can not fish even in cold, windy or cloudy weather.   It started after the installation of The Sims 4 Country living.

@Kaila_lc LMAO more things wrong with the Cottage Living pack! And the Kicker is. They did a Live Stream earlier Today on Twitch and not even mention nor address any of our concern! I feel like we got our hopes up from the trailer (as always) and caved and bought the new pack and now we got heavily screwed again big time. Especially Console players! Why do we keep doing this to ourselves?!
