Summarize your bug I can't equip weapon skins which have been unlocked according to the process bar for the individual weapons. E.g. I've reached LVL 7 for the STEN MP, but cannot equip the LVL 4 skin for e.g. the muzzle (which is the "Raubtier" skin in German).
