What happens when the bug occurs? The Hack the System skin cannot be equipped. The option to equip the skin doesn't appear in the bottom left menu along with B - back and A - select. X - equip does appear on the right though.
What should be happening instead? I should be able to equip the skin
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Unknown. Prior to the update - 02/09/2019, I believe - that disabled some skins, this was working. Immediately following the update, the game would lockup in the loading splash screen. I unequipped all of my skins, which allowed me to play. But since then, I have been unable to equip this skin specifically.

What happens when the bug occurs? I am unable to equip the Hack the System skin on Gibraltar. The skin is visibly unlocked, but the equip option does not appear in the bottom left menu along with B - Back, A - Select. X - Equip does appear in the bottom-middle-right section of the screen, but does not function.
What should be happening instead? The Hack the System skin should equip on Gibraltar and x - equip should appear in the bottom left menu of choices.
