Can't equip a face paint on the German's

Summarize your bug I can't equip my face paint on the German's but I can for the british. None of the face paint's show.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just try and equip a face paint on the German's.
What happens when the bug occurs? Can't equip a face paint
What should be happening instead? Face paint should be applied

My loadouts were glitched for awhile after the update as well, but they fixed themselves

This is a known issue.

• Axis Male Soldier Face Paint - We're aware of an issue where Axis male soldier face paints aren't visible/selectable. We're working on this and will update with an ETA as soon as possible.

I have the same bug since update. All AXIS face paints disappeared, can't equip any, they are missing from cosmetic menu too. This is on PC.

Same, I had primal facepaint in usage of both teams. After that 7GB fix update, all of my facepaints in axis side have disappeared (On PS4)

I have (still have, 26-6) the same problem. It shows on all the 3 accounts we use overhere; face paint for the germans is gone (can only select 'none', no list is showing. Just 'none'). Also all the chosen german characters (personages) were changed but these can be changed back. This happened to us right after the ps4 v1.19 update which we installed yesterday. Got a call back from the EA help desk and they said you need to play a couple of games and it should be allright afterwards. But we played a few games since yesterday (25-6) and nothing has changed yet ...

Summarize your bug There's not even one facepaint left for my axis assault and recon. The facepaints for medic and support and all allied soldiers are still in the game.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Look in the "change appearance" menu at the axis soldiers
What happens when the bug occurs? Only the "none" facepaint is available.
What should be happening instead? All my facepaints should be available.

I actually was about to change some outfits and saw that my assault had no facepaint on. I thought oh it's reseted, tried to change it but there were none. Checked all soldiers and it appears that it is only for the axis assault and recon.
