Can't enter prison to finish Cataclysm mission

Decided to add a photo of the prison door with quest marker and no option to open the door.

You... you actually put that much time into this game? I thoroughly enjoy the graphics and core gameplay/combat mechanics but even I could only manage about 200. Though that's partially because of class and Division 2 dropping.
