Can’t customize my suit (nothing changes paint,armor changes,weapon changes

Now I'm just getting really frustrated. All of my friends have little to no problems and none of them have this bug. Im tired of playing as the base color I've done absolutely everything I can think of.  I waited on this game for years wished it worked.

Having the same issues since midnight feb22. PS4 with over 100mb download speed. Every time I enter appearance mode the game shuts down. Anytime it doesn’t shutdown and I change my colors it never sticks to the javelin and it reverts back to the default look. I also have no access to materials.

Did the exact same thing. It still doesn't work. I really don't even want to play he game anymore. I feel like I wasted my money on something stupid, and deserve a refund

can you change materials for you character? cuz i dont have any??

you unlock crafting when you unlock blueprints. So when you complete weapon challenges or level up your loyalty ranks

Having the same problem on ps4 tryed deleating the demo and files and uninstalling and reinstalling still see the demo stuff in my feed cant use vynals change colors or any other customization having to do with appearance. I tryed copying my javelin and customizing that but now it just blue screen crashes everytime I open the paint wheel. When i hit triangle to look at my other javelins it say connection interrupted.

PS4 player experiencing the bug as well. Tried playing my account on my wife's PS4, still couldn't customize but she could. WTF BioWare/EA? Game is semi unplayable with this bug. Feel like I wasted my money on this game. I have little to no motivation to keep playing in the games current state.
