Can't control my players anymore

The bug happen when i'm playing a online match (specially in FUT) 

I can't even control my players anymore during 5-10 seconds, can't even change controlled player, and the one that i should control run to the edge of the field

I play with a controller but the problem is not my driver or DS4 Windows because when I play in solo or career that never happen

It' very annoying i lost too much online matches

This is very annoying! I want a refund for my FIFA 19. When you cant play online games this is trash!

Which steps? You are not even helping, just putting a link then leave. That article has nothing to do with this problem. FIFA has this problem for years and you are not even trying to solve it. I do not think you will ever solve it, too. You are losing players every year and looks like you want to lose the rest with this attitude.
