Resolving that won't bring me my payout back. I usually do top 5 in fleet and Arena. No way 9f doing that if I can't play the game, because it doesn't let me connect ...

payouthour is over, lost top3 payout
hsr and hpit is open for battle... we will loose top ranks cause the few who gets into game will get the big points from phase1

and of top: revan-event is only a few hours to go, i am missing 3 shards for mission vao, all other i´ve already got to 7*
with those crystals which i havn´t got for arena, i could have bought them^^

Summarize your bug I have been unable to log in and am still having issues logging in, just managed to collect my rewards but because I couldn't compete in arena I was 7th not 1st or 2nd so missed out on 250-200 crystals over people who had their times before this period, likewise I am unable to compete in fleet arena so suspect I will miss out on 100 crystals additional to other people who could compete before or have their time outside of this period if I am out of the top 20.

 I have been unable to log in and am still having issues logging in, just managed to collect my rewards but because I couldn't compete in arena I was 7th not 1st or 2nd so missed out on 250-200 crystals over people who had their times before this period, likewise I am unable to compete in fleet arena so suspect I will miss out on 100 crystals additional to other people who could compete before or have their time outside of this period if I am out of the top 20. All I keep getting was either a server error dialog or a dialog saying an error has occurred and i need to restart.
