Summarize your bug I can't complete the set for 92 overall playoffs Damian Lillard card because the 85 overall Damian Lillard card does not exist anywhere in my game.

What do you expect to see? The card in my game so that I can complete the set and obtain the player that I want.
How do I get the 85 overall playoffs Damian Lillard card? I'm trying to complete the set, and I have everything that's needed except the card. I checked all of my lineups and it's not there. It doesn't exist in my game. The playoffs packs that speed up the process of getting the card aren't even in the store anymore. How do I get the card?
@arno74600 In most cases the relevant cards are on one of the lineups, make sure you go through them to ensure the cards are available on the sets page.
