Summarize your bug Not being able to capture enemy objective even if there aren't enemies around.
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? get on an empty enemy objective.
What happens when the bug occurs? capture meter of the objective doesn't change.
What should be happening instead? objective starts to turn blue.

Does this happen on other maps for you too?
Try right-clicking on the game in Origin and select "repair" to see if that helps fix this. We're concerned it could be a UI issue where you're actually capturing the point but it's not properly updating the progress at the top.
