Summarize your bug For the last three promotions/ campaigns I can not add the 80 overal player to the next set after that. I have all of the other set items complete, but I cannot add the player even though I have him and he’s not in a lineup.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Add 80 overal player to a resolution set and and not be able to upgrade him even though you have that card and items.
What happens when the bug occurs? The player doesn’t not show up as an available item to add to the set.
What do you expect to see? To see the player available to add to the set since he matches and is not in a lineup.
Please help me. I don’t know why I can’t add the player to the set.

That's strange alright. Testing on my side (I chose Murray) and it seems to be working fine.
Can you pull your Collins out of a lineup, replace him with someone else, play a quick challenge/game, then try restarting your game, and see if the card shows up in the set?

@bschleiger Wonderful, thank you for the update.
At a guess soemthing was wrong with the game's local saved data, probably to do with card IDs. The restart described would flush the cached data. and then when it's check again, the game will see that yes actually you can turn in that card.
In any case, enjoy the game and please let us know if you encounter any further issues.

@jebmtimater Can you try restarting if you haven't already?
If you have no luck with this can I get an image of your inventory and set page, and your UID? You'll find the UID on your settings page.

Hello,
I have the same issue with Harden Set and Bird Set aswell. I have tried the solution you gave us but it doesn't work, I tried to restart the phone but unfortunately with no results.
How can I fix this?

Also, today I re-installed the game, still the same situation.
I have tried all your advices, played a challenge without the player, played a full game, changed them, restart the game, nothing, same situation...
Please, help me!
