Can't add allies

The game won't let me add allies

1. Which platform are you on?
2. What experience level are you at?
3. Are you over 13? Did you state when creating your account that you were younger than 13?
4. How are you going about adding the ally?

4. It says I have 35/35 allie spots filled, but Currently do not have any allies. I had some at one point. I deleted them to start fresh. Since I deleated them I haven't been able to add new ones.

Check your pending requests, those do count towards the ally count, even if not accepted

Are you still unable to add further allies?

The old pending requests that weren't visible to you should have timed out by now hopefully.
