Can’t access ultimate team at all bug

Yes. Everything else works besides ultimate team. And as soon as I click on it says “ our servers can not process your request at this time. Please try again later “

@pookierocks22 Have you tried using a second account and seeing if it works on there because when I use a second account everything works. My companion app also doesn’t work on my account but it does for my second one. I contacted EA and they said wait till the full release of the game on August 2nd and see if the problem continues.

That’s how I’ve been playing. On a second account. I had to spend money so my team wasn’t awful. It’s just my account that’s bad. My companion app doesn’t work either

@pookierocks22 Yah same I’ve just been playing on a second account. I wouldn’t be as mad as I am but I had spent money on my main account during the trial and haven’t even been able to access the points and players I got.

My account is still glitched out. It's going on 3 days now. It's crazy how the whole world is playing MUT and we're stuck here beggin for help. Lol . the servers cannot process error message has traumatized me man. Hopefully it works tomorrow. It blows man

@fatmak4life I just tried it and as of right now right after the game has dropped fully mine still isn’t working. Now I paid extra for no reason because everyone is playing before me. This is so frustrating I just want to play ultimate team already.

@SucculentSacks It’s been happening for like 3 days now and today they added solos you have to do daily to get free cards that I can’t even do. This is so ridiculous.

Yeah I played the 10 hour trial fine but when the game actually came out for the superstar editions it's got a major bug and ea is taking there time to fix it and i guarantee you that ea wont even give affected players extra content for having to deal with this cause there money hungry
