Summarize your bug Can't access ships. I just did the battle. Received Tarkin shards. Activated him. Won't let me activate the Executive Ship. Says I need to activate crew first. Crew is already activated.

The team should be able to look into this for you tomorrow.

In the interim, there is a workaround if you have both a pilot and a ship ready to activate. For example: If you enough shards and blueprints to activate Imperial TIE Fighter and TIE Fighter Pilot. Navigating to the Imperial TIE Fighter will kick off the tutorial. You can then follow it and activate TIE Fighter Pilot, which in turn should completed tutorial.
