Can't acces the Player hub

Nothing happens when pressing the Player hub button, with three different controllers, no error message, nothing.

I have done a full shut down with removed power cord yada yada I haven't (for obvious reasons?) reinstalled the game.

Does anyone out there have a solution for my problem?

It's an xbox one btw.

Have you tried unplugging the power cord from the wall, unplug the surge protector from the wall, and unplug the power for the console from the surge protector?

I had a black screen of death for my Xbox a while back, tried everything from Xbox troubleshooting but after I unplugged the power from the wall it was fixed. Some weird electrical hiccup. Maybe this could be related?

Have you updated the controllers under the console settings or a reinstall of the game?
