What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. NA

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? Can't ready up and play matches.
What should be happening instead? The select button should change back to a ready up button.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to the Apex Legends home screen.
My ready up button changes to a select button and then never returns to the ready up state. 
No matches for me until it's fixed!
