Can't Interact With Mannequins (Get to Work)

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
What is your current game version number? 1.68.156.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Get Famous, Cats & Dogs, Get To Work, City Living, Dine Out, My First Pet Stuff
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Create a retail store, add mannequins to it. Mannequins in the stores provided by Get to Work are working.
What happens when the bug occurs? All the Sims who try to interact with mannequins come up with error messages (the thought bubble with the footprints and x) regardless of where I put them. This means they can't try on outfits or purchase them, and my Sim (who owns the store) can't set random outfits.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see Sims walking over to mannequins and interacting with them, be it purchasing, trying on, or putting random outfits on them.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

The only exception is the mannequin in the corner (with the dark sweater). It doesn't matter where I put the rest of them, they don't work.

@FenReis44 Do you get a lastexception for this ? There's a known error with mannequins.

You can find it in the doc folder.

Sorry, I am super new to Sims 4 troubleshooting and I have no idea what "lastexception" or what doc folder you're referring to are.

Documents\Electronic Arts\the sims 4

Do you have any files called lastexception there ?

@FenReis44 This are all related to a barstool so not sure if they have something to do with the mannequins.

Could you delete all LastException files you currently have, then go in the game and interact with the mannequin. See if a new file is created

Deleted. I had multiple sims try interacting, and no new files were created,

Have you tested another retail lot if that has the same issue ?

Any terrain elevation ?
