Can't Access Object

How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
What is your current game version number? latest
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Almost every expansion pack is installed but the horse farm and a good amount of packs are installed.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? First, EA Play should show you the client version, you shouldn't have to launch the game. The bug is easy to describe but getting it to happen... Just play the game. Every time I start a new game there is a new object my sims can no longer access until the object is deleted or the game is restarted. This has happened to showers, fridges, tubs, sinks, computers, beds... it affects all useable objects.
What happens when the bug occurs? Sims can no longer use whatever object is being affected until the object is deleted or the game is restarted.
What do you expect to see? When I select use I expect the sim to use whatever the object is. Instead I just get the little speech bubble saying they can't access whatever it is.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

Every time I launch the game there's some new object in my sims house they can no longer use until it's deleted or the game is restarted. With the other bugs affecting this game right now the game is getting pretty unplayable again..
