Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Open game Try to open Music via SMB
Which character were you playing when the bug occurred? Snapdragon
What upgrades had you equipped with this character? Not relevant, issue occurs with any character and load out
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

It was working fine until this morning. Could be to do with the latest update

@JohnLEpop Hello, thanks for the report.  Are you still encountering the issue?  I'm able to run Spotify fine while playing the game now.

To use Spotify while playing games, you can try this way too. That is to get Spotify offline via DRmare Spotify to MP3 Converter. Then you can save Spotify music as local files and you can move them to your game console for playing.
