Can Not Watch Movie With More Than One Sim

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? The latest : 1.65.70.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? I have been using my friend's account and she has all of them.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? By maybe doing the interaction
What happens when the bug occurs? When I try get one sim to watch a movie with other sim(s), the other sim(s) wave their hands in the air and are unable to do the interaction, no matter which tv I try or where I try it.
What do you expect to see? Both my sims being able to watch a movie together.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes

Hi, I have been having this issue/bug where not more than one sim can watch a movie together. The other sim just waves their hands in the air and are unable to do the interaction. Am I the only one?

@caititsminecoza Annoying issue, does this happen when both of them are on the same group and you tell them to watch the movie too, or just when you have one join the other?

@caititsminecoza Did you try moving stuff around a bit to make sure it's not an issue with the furniture ? Do you get the same in a different house ?

@caititsminecoza I thought I saw this in recent gameplay...noticed the hand wave saying they can't do that but the sim couple in my game were able to cuddle during the movie. Hmm. Needs further testing. I'll try to keep an eye out in my game, too.

Could you upload one of the houses you have the issue in to the gallery and post the name here ?
