Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.75.125.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All except kits, paranormal and luxury party
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? My sim was in level 8 (and then 9) of the interior designer career doing a kitchen renovation at the BFFs. Enter "Take before photos" and also later "take after photos.
What happens when the bug occurs? When going into take before/after photos the camera doesn't move around.. You can zoom in and out, and look around, but you can't move the camera around when you need to take pictures of all four sides of a room... It is also suddenly NOT possible to exit the mode with the esc button like it used to.
What do you expect to see? I expect to move the camera around freely. I know it's more "realistic" that the camera should stay exactly where my sim is, but it's awfully time consuming having to exit camera mode after one picture, move the sim, enter camera mode again.... I also expect to exit camera mode when I click esc.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
I have not changed anything since the last time I played. My game version is the same as last time, so I don't believe there was a patch or update that I missed. This also happened with the photoshoot items from Moquino, where you were able to be a bit free with the camera, but then suddenly, after some time, the camera just locked in the position where the tripod stood.... Again, I know this is more realistic, but since you take SO many photos in this career, I doubt people will enjoy taking one photo, exiting the photo mode, moving the sim to a different location, entering photo mode again... etc....

Hi @ToraUF0
Try resetting your user files as described in the factory reset described in this post: http://answers.ea.com/t5/The-Sims-4/FAQ-Troubleshooting-Steps-amp-Known-Issues/m-p/3621199
You won't loose anything. Just make sure to not delete any files and make a backup.
After renaming, repair your game by right clicking on the game in Origin.
Try on a new game with nothing added back first (start new game). If it works, put back your save game and try again. If it still works, you can start putting stuff back.
The rest does not need putting back, cause they are mostly cache files that recreate or log files that are not needed for the game.
Good Luck
