Camera does not rotate 360

How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
What is your current game version number? 1.92.145.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? right click on mouse and hold it while rotate camera
What happens when the bug occurs? camera will jump and bounce
What do you expect to see? camera to rotate 360
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

When I try to rotate camera, it will bounce jn the opposite direction across the what im currently looking at.

@Countrygirl1103 Works fine for me. Do you have any specific lot this is happening on ? Can you post a video of what you're seeing ?

@Countrygirl1103 Are you using any camera mods/extras ?

Have you tried if it happens on another lot ?

I only have two mods and had them for a while and didn't have this issue. I have tried this on npc lot and it does the same thing.

@Countrygirl1103 Could you remove everything please and test on a vanilla game

Also make sure to delete the localthumbcache file

I removed mods and cleaned the thumbcache. Now it won't even rotate it just swings back and forth

@Countrygirl1103 It's still on Sims 3 camera, right ?

No I select the camera and changed it to 4. It don't matter what camera it's in it don't rotate properly. I also checked in the settings and sims 3 camera is not checked

@Countrygirl1103 Sims 3 camera is different. Had to try it out. For Sims 3 camera it's the middle mouse button/scroll wheel you need to press.

Tried Sims 4 camera too now and that also works fine for me.

Does it rotate if you click in the UI controls ?
