Camera Inside Teammates' Character Models [ Edited ]

Where did the issue occur? In a match
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. I was dead, but my squad mates were in between fragment east and west.
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. I died and was spectating my squadmates

How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
How severe is your issue? Little to no impact to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? When I was spectating I could see the character models of my squadmates. I could not see anything sometimes because the back/inside of their head was taking up the whole screen.
What should be happening instead? I should not be able to see their head.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I am not too sure. I just died and it was there

Ok so at first I didn't know how the bug worked but I know exactly how the bug works now so when ever you specate someone res anyone you will see it go normally but once they are done with the animation the camera will for some reason mess up and then go to a Mixed third and first person camera so you will see the camera behind the head and then see the mouth and eye and every so often go third person because of the camera angle but yeah the bug happens every time you spectate someone res

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue? Little to no impact to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? After a res the camera will go behind the head and you will see the eye and mouth model and every so often the camera angle will go third person so you will never go back to first person view
What should be happening instead? After the res the camera should stay at where it should be
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? There is no step all you need to do is watch someone get res as a spectator and the camera on the spectator perspective will get messed up getting the Mixed first person third person camera with the eye balls and the dumby thicc lips

What happens when the bug occurs? When you spectate, it looks like it INSIDE the head, not first person, so you can see their mouths and eyes from the inside.
What should be happening instead? Should see only gameplay as if you were playing
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Get in a match and get yourself killed, then spec your teammate

What happens when the bug occurs? When spectating the character is duped over the player, he was using revenant and there was his model glitched over the screen

@PacNbowls something similar happened to me. The overlay is like being partially inside the rendering of  another legend, used to get a bit of it at the start of a respawn by a team mate. Now get it all the way from being picked up from deathbox, or observing other team doing same.
