Caliente Nose Preset Warped [ Edited ]

What is your current game version number? 1.99.264.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All except Batuu, Nifty Knitting, and Luxury Party
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Open CAS and click on your sim's nose
What happens when the bug occurs? The nose preset used by Katrina Caliente (and which I'm pretty sure was added in the update that made them over) isn't shaped correctly
What do you expect to see? The nose preset as it looked prior to the update on the 18th
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

I've attached an image off of Google of Katrina Caliente immediately upon being updated and a screenshot I just took of her (completely unmodified) in a new save file in CAS today after the update. This is the simplest way I can think of to explain the broken preset. I'm extremely annoyed right now—I use that nose on a lot of my sims and it's broken on all of them.

I have the same issue, I've seen people gushing about the "new nose preset" added with the patch, not many realize it actually replaced the old "new" preset. I can't see why we don't have both at the same time. That nose was really good and I also used it a lot and can't find a replacement for my sims to look like they did before the patch.

I also noticed this nose looked a little wonky but was unsure if I was just misremembering things!
