Error code 134:84f8bed6 Help! PS4

Please help i cant load my saved game! Every time i try i get this code pop up!

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:Sony Playstation 4
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.27
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? None
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try and load a saved game
What happens when the bug occurs? Whenever I try to load a game I get “The game failed to load. Error code:134:84f8bed6:2cd878e0. It is recommended you relaunch the game” I’ve reloaded the game, tried two different saves and another family, reset my PlayStation as well as unplugging it and leaving it. Nothing is working.
What do you expect to see? This fixed so I can play!
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. Never had a problem until the last two patches were downloaded.

Note: The team is currently looking into Error 134 issues for PC.  Fixing it for PC might fix it for Console also, but we can't be sure unless the team can reproduce it on console.

The team is still investigating the general issue.  Hopefully it can be fixed for all platforms at the same time.  If we need more info from XBOX users in the future, we will request it.
