@Sheparina I’m in the same predicament I really enjoy The game & it really has been a lifesaver with everything that’s been going on in the world so a refund is really not something I would be interested in, in saying that there needs to be some sort of compensation. They’ve handled this so poorly the lack of acknowledgement is astounding. All they had to do is acknowledge the problem publicly, tell players not to delete their saves & keep us updated on their progress.
The fact that most of the info I have on this issue has come from fellow players & not the Sims team is really unacceptable. I would have deleted a save I’ve been playing for 2 years without this forum! It seems to be affecting more & more players daily I first started following this forum on page 116 on the 2nd of July in under a week the forum is almost at 160 pages!

@L33L4 The worst thing about their answers is the ‘might’ ‘could’ ‘maybe’ ‘should’ & ‘soon’ lol so sick of hearing it why do they not have any definitive fixes for a month long problem 🙄🙄
