Get to Work, Get Together, City Living, Cats & Dogs, Seasons, Get Famous Outdoor Retreat, Spa Day, Dine out, Vampires, Parenthood, Jungle Adventure Luxury Party, Perfect Patio, Cool Kitchen, Spooky, Movie Hangout, Romantic Garden, Kids Room, Backyard, Vintage Glamour, Bowling Night, Fitness, Toddler, Laundry
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play for an extended period of time then travel, enter CAS or save & exit & re-enter
What happens when the bug occurs? Can't load Family, displays error message: The game failed to load. Error Code:134:b378c837:4240d837. It is Recommended that you relaunch the game.
What do you expect to see? A Solution.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

How is this "solved" if we're still having the problem? This happened to me right after the pack came out. I had to abandon that save file. Now it just happened again on another save file. Calling this solved when it clearly isn't is completely unacceptable.

I've just started getting this code tonight, I've tried repairing the game, it did nothing.  I cant play any households, even ones I've never played before.  I can edit households in build mode though.  I hope they fix this.

It has been two week or so. I'm frustrated, since we all paid for this game and can't use it. I saw some people uninstall their game packs etc. and that didn't help. Has anyone had luck with getting the game to work again? Please share your experiences. Thanks.  I only have season and pets installed as expansion packs.

This is actually becoming a worrying trend with the sims team.
The lack of acknowledgement of errors in the game we've all spent a lot of money on is pretty awful. Reminds me of the one apartment in the new world with the balcony that you cant use. I’ve seen threads on it yet still no solutions.

Ha I hope they do another sale or something to apologize for the inconvenience. Last time I tried to buy a game pack on sale it ended the minute I finished putting in my card info and almost paid full price until I noticed. Been having this issue for over a week now, and even loading an old save doesn't help :/

@SpoonKingdom This is the exact way it happened to me too the first time. I saved and exited, took a day off from Sims, and when I came back to it I couldn't load my saves. I was so annoyed and bummed.

The second and third time I got the error (in my new saves) one happened in the middle of gameplay and the other happened after saving, exiting, and trying to load the game again.
