I’m confused... has the 134:b378c837 error been fixed yet or is the problem just getting deeper ???

@tatummkempp13 It's not fixed. Been lingering for about a month now. Just starting to affect more players now. No word on when to expect a fix. Do not delete your saves.

@tatummkempp13 yea it sucks hard, we even tweeted them a million times but just the standard response. It's almost been a month for some ppl and yea there has been more and more reports every day

@Avenly Lol yeah, in the perfect patio pack. The entire reason anyone ever bought it was to have a hot tub. Same. Exact. Hot tub. With a roof and different colors

I contacted EA through chat assistance and was given LENGTHY instructions via email to follow in the command prompt and I am not adept at computers. This issue is preventing me from playing Sims. This all started when I downloaded the latest Sims 4 Eco pack. I'm ready to just demand a refund, get this pack off of my system and resume playing my sims happily. I am at a point where I shold not have to follow lengthy instructions to fix a problem that was not caused be me.

@SylvaBullett if you have the error, removing the pack doesnt do much unfortunately. The error is already in your save and in the game. Because it happened with people who don't have a pack, with different kinds of packs etc. It's most likely connected with the latest update.... But yea, kind of dissapointing that they are still trying to shove it off with a lengthy instruction even though they must know by now it's not gonna resolve that....

I don't have the new pack and I still had the error code about a week 10 days ago.  it's bigger than just the new game.
