@crinrict Hi there. The posts in this thread seem to be from weeks ago, so fingers crossed there's a fix now. I'm new to the forums-but a long time player; I play SIMS 4 on my MAC now. I have a family that is at least 10 generations long and when I tried to play yesterday, I got the notification: '134:B378C837:4240d837.' I have all of the Expansion Packs except for the ECO one. The most recent one I added was the Seasons Expansion, so I thought that it may be the culprit, so in Origin, I went to advanced launch options in Game Properties (for Sims 4) and typed in '-disablepacks:EP05.' I'm still unable to open the family. I've tried restarting the game, restarting Origin, restarting my computer, creating new SIMS, and none of these have helped.

I am able to create new SIMS and choose a place for them to live--I can even build their house--but then when I try to play with the SIM I just created I get the same notification. I have like 10-20 families saved and I can't play with any of them. I can't play with any of the New SIMS I've created either. I've tried moving them into multiple worlds (City, Strangerville, etc.) and can't play in any of them.

I have also tried to visit SIMS that my family 'knows' and see if I can get them to visit them or invite them over--still no dice.

Any suggestions? I really don't want to lose this family.

I spoke to someone through EA Help. They said it had something to do with the recent Windows 10 update. Which is odd since you're using Mac, I'm not sure what it is now. Went through 20 different steps to try and fix it and nothing

@schummingbird  I just checked and Origin just updated :O Not sure if it's a fix or not though.

@L33L4 No such luck. My saves are still not loading.
@schummingbird This is very much an on-going issue. There's lots of us hanging here in sims-limbo, waiting for a fix. The Me too -button is in the very first post of the thread, at the bottom. Not a very big button, but it's there.

so frustrated as I just wanna play the game and relax after work

@schummingbird No. Just waiting patiently for EA to fix the problem. Nothing I did worked. My husband thinks it's a coding issue and I agree with him, which means it could take a while for them to find where the problem lies. Just my humble opinion.
