One of the piedestal sink "Bureau Sink" as that weird color when you put it out from buy mode. I just found it when looking in one of the house I build. (only one swatch) I've never seen this before, is it the last september patch?

I do not have that in my game @mllespider.  All swatches of that sink are normal for me.  You may need to run a repair on the game and/or remove mods/CC.

Decorative elements on Friezes change their number displayed depending upon the adjacent frieze color.  For instance, if the frieze has the same color as adjacent friezes, it looks like this:

If instead, the frieze is adjacent to friezes with a different color, it looks like this:

Notice how there are now more decorative loops displayed?  This issue applies to all friezes except Frieze Frame.

Angled Roof Trim is missing a red color swatch that all other roof trims have; one of its brown swatches is repeated twice.

@JaldeerI have removed [Stack of Canvases décor object's second palette option is blank, when it used to have paintings.] from our list, as it has been fixed as of the 10/27/16 patch.

@mllespider I have removed [Diner Outdoor Sign has 3 swatches but one is a duplicate] from our list, as it has been fixed.  It now has 3 distinct options.

Here are a bunch of issues I noticed with apartments:

21 Chic Street Apartments (Fashion District)

Weird patchy ceilings in apartments. All 3 affected. Looks like it's related to how rooms were originally divided.

Hakim House (Art Quarter)

Wall by the lift in communal area is missing a wallpaper.
