Wish "club gathering" can't be fulfilled

Very annoying whim:

Stop showing these whims for household sim who have zero or below(not friend) with house pet:
- Cook pet food
- Buy pet item
- Anything related to pet


Household sim should not think about it if the relationship is none("don't care").

I click "X" button to remove the whim, and few minutes later pet thing pop again.

Think about "Roommate". He/she is not a valid owner.
Also think about people who hate pets.

i find it very annoying that the whim "give X sim a hug" (or any "give a hug" whim) is not fulfilled when doing the "loving hug" interaction . A hugs a hug right? dont know if id call it a bug as it seems more of a oversight?

To reproduce:

1. Have a sim who didn't joined to any club yet (e.g. recently created sim)

2. Create a new club as a club master.

3. Complete some whims and you'll get below:

Problem:

This whim can't be completed in current situation because "Start Gathering" button is grayed out.

(You can't gather the club if the club member is only you.)

To fix:

Don't show this whim if the sim is the club master of empty club.

(you don't have to think other situation; if the sim joined to other club, there are at lease 2 members[master + sim] already)

Grill (anything) whims not fulfilling. Young adult, adult, all of my saves. Can't remember when it started, but it's been a while.

Latest strange thing I encountered was with a child sim getting a whim "Do a Dance Workout" (From Fitness Skill) "Click on a TV and select Workout, then select the Plumboomba Dance Video."

I think he didn't have the whim until at some point in the jungle, but can't be sure. Noticed it only here.

He obviously does not have a Fitness Skill, he hasn't even maxed his Motor skill yet, nor can he do a Dance Workout from tv either, since children can't.

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Get To Work, City Living, Vampires, Outdoor Retreat.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves?
[1] Get a Sim to level up the writing skill and wait for them to roll the 'Publish 3 Books 0/3' (From Writing Skill) whim.

[2] Make the Sim write a book.

[3] Make the Sim take the book to the mailbox to be published (via publisher or self-published, doesn't matter).

[4] The whim does not update, so it can't be completed.
What do you expect to see? The count should update when a book is published.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? No.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No.

Additional notes. This Sim is Adult age. She is not the only writer in the house publishing books. She's written two comedy books and one screenplay (do those count?)
