Agree, It is a translation bug. When your Sim reaches mischief lvl 6 it´s generally available, maybe outgreyed when used before.

Just found a misspelling for the toddler interaction "taking off clothes" .It's called "nackig" and not "nackisch" Standard smile (thx to Crin for the english screenshot )

Please have a look at the radio stations and write "Etwas gruseliges hören" (listen to something spooky) with a capital G: "Etwas Gruseliges hören".
